1. Services

Mapa Studios® provides professional recording studio services at our Miami location. Session availability, pricing, and studio access are subject to booking confirmation.

2. Booking & Cancellation

3-hour minimum per session. A 50% deposit is required at booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of the deposit.

3. Studio Rules

Clients must respect studio equipment and facilities. Any damage caused during a session is the client's responsibility. Smoking is not permitted inside the studios.

4. Intellectual Property

All recordings made at Mapa Studios are owned by the client. Mapa Studios retains no rights to your music unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Liability

Mapa Studios is not liable for loss or damage to personal equipment brought into the studio. We recommend insuring valuable gear.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
